Dr Kumar is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biosciences, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) India. Dr Kumar has completed 02 Major Research Projects sponsored by Government agencies. He has successfully supervised 03 PhD, 01 MPhil, and 43 postgraduate students for their research work. Dr. Suresh Kumar is presently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Bio-Sciences, H.P. University, Shimla. He completed his doctoral degree from H.P. University, Shimla in 2010. He has more than 12 years of experience in teaching as well as research. His thrust areas include Floristics, Ethnobotany, and Biodiversity. Dr. Kumar has published 10 Books and more than 20 research papers in various journals of National and International repute. Presently, he has been guiding 05 students for PhD degrees. He has participated in many Conferences/Seminars and delivered invited talks as a resource person in various institutions.
